SUMMARY:THE HAB’s San Jose Roadmap Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:We are asking for your help in our newest endeavor. On November 11-13\, 2024\, Destination Home and The National Coalition for the Homeless will be hosting the National Lived Experience Leadership Conference in San Jose\, California.  The HAB submitted a proposal to speak at that conference\, and their proposal was accepted!  This is incredibly exciting news for our small group that is doing big things.  While there will be scholarship monies available for some of the expenses\, we are looking to raise close to $10\,000 to accommodate everyone from the HAB who is interested in attending. \nIf you are not interested or able to participate in this event but would still like to donate to the Homeless Advocacy Board there are multiple ways to do so. Checks can be written to Lancaster Moravian Church and mailed to PO Box 1327\, Lancaster\, PA\, 17608.  Donations can also be made via Venmo @moraviancenterlancaster with a note that it is for the HAB. Please email pastor@lancastermoravian.org or call 717-397-9722 if you have questions or would like additional information. \nRegistration fee covers both days but you are not required to attend both days\nVendors – $50 per 6 ft table and 2 chairs\nYard Salers – $25 per 6ft table and 2 chairs \nRegistration Deadline is Friday September 20th to Pastor Mandy at pastor@lancastermoravian.org or 717-397-9722.
